Address:
Na Cihlářce 10, Praha 5
Institution:

The Winternitz Villa, also known as the "Beige Princess." Visit this gem of the First Republic, designed by architects Adolf Loos and Karel Lhota and built in 1932. The Winternitz Villa remains in the hands of the descendants of the original owners, who, through a permanent exhibition on the second floor and educational activities, strive to ensure that the turbulent history of the 20th century—which has left an indelible mark on the history of both the family and the building—is not forgotten. How to get here: Take Metro Line B to Anděl station, exit toward Na Knížecí. Transfer to bus 137 and get off at the third stop, Malvazinky (about a 5-minute ride). Walk past the Albert store and turn left onto Na Cihlářce Street (continue on foot for about 3 minutes). You have arrived at your destination. If you are coming by car, you can park in the blue parking zone around the villa. On weekends, parking in the blue zones near the villa is free.
